What will you do?
You'll become part of our Recruitment team and get involved in the entire hiring process, including:
- Creating and publishing job advertisements.
- Conducting candidate pre-screening interviews.
- Organising Assessment Centres and other interview types.
- Coordinating the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Supporting recruiters with day-to-day hiring activities throughout the season.

- You'll be based anywhere in Poland or in Prague or Brno.
- You're not afraid of rolling up your sleeves and working in a fast-paced environment – our peak season keeps us busy.
- You're proactive, curious, and always looking for ways to improve things.
- You're organised, responsible, and able to work independently.
- You communicate confidently in English an Polish – it's an essential part of working in our international team.
