What awaits you here?
- You will be responsible for everything needed to make the office run smoothly - from administration to planning internal and external events. You will prepare meetings, organize visits, arrange hotels, transport and other details so that everything runs smoothly.
- Orders for refreshments, office supplies and other things that we cannot miss in the office.
- Country Manager support and administrative assistance for various business activities.
- Fleet management
- Basic HR tasks such as managing employee documents, tracking work anniversaries and assisting with attendance records
- Regular maintenance of office equipment - management of data boxes, mobile phones, parking cards, mail and other small items.
Who are we looking for?
- Someone who can communicate in English at least at B2 level and can convey information effectively and clearly.
- A colleague who has LANGUAGE at the native level
- An organized and reliable person on whom the team can always rely.
- An independent person who knows that proactivity and initiative are the keys to success.
- Someone who can streamline routine tasks and bring innovation to them.
- A colleague who is careful, responsible and has a weakness for MS Office.
- Previous HR experience is definitely a plus, but not a requirement.
